ODBD May Challenge - Embossing

It is very hard to post because my husband just recently passed away.  It is hard to find normal and feels wrong to try to do something that some might view as frivolous.  Being so alone now I have to remember that he loved my cards and would often comment on how far I had come in my card making.  So for him I will post.  And for the Heroes and their families I will continue make them.

    Oh Lynn, I am so sorry. My thoughts are with you. Your card is lovely and sometimes grief can also be expressed by creation.

    I am sorry to hear of your loss. It is a hard hard thing to lose a spouse. You do what you need to do to keep some sunshine in your life. If it means making cards then go for it. Hugs to you.

    I am so sorry for your loss Lynn. I understand why card making seems totally unimportant and frivolous but I think your husband would be proud of you for continuing to do such a kind thing for others. I will keep you in my prayers.
