I cut the back off the card and trimmed the front so that it could be mounted on the back giving it the white frame.
Then I cut the flap off the envelope, put a small dab of glue inside to keep it shut and mounted the butterfly onto the envelope.
The glitter heart is from a doller store sticker set that is 3D glitter swirls. I cut the heart off the clear plastic sheet and put a heavy coat of Dimensional Magic on it to seal it.
The stamp is from the local craft store dollar bin and then I just added the butterflies. Yay! There it is!

So pretty! I love your pop of green and pink and the little butterflies flying up toward the large one!

Lynn, Very pretty card. Thank you for the tutorial on this one. Have a good evening.
Brilliant re-purposing of those inexpensive note cards. And it worked out well!
Love the pretty butterflies!
What a fun idea Lynn, your card is awesome!
Great idea to reuse those notecards - a beautiful card and thrifty too! I too like how the little butterflies are flying up towards the larger one. Thanks for playing in our Midweek Throwdown Challenge at Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps!
Very pretty card. Love all the butterflys.
