MWT - General Love Cards

The Midweek Throwdown for this week is general love themed cards. 

 

Sandy is getting the Valentine themed cards ready for shipping out and some general Love cards would round out those boxes nicely. 

 

So here are a few!

OWH Sketch #202

Ha! Got one done on time!  Probably due to it being really cold outside and sitting at my table doing some online Christmas shopping.  My laptop sits on my craft table so cutting and cruising can be done at the same time.  The digi is one offered for free from Paula and the yellow is super smooth handmade paper.

OWH Sketch #185

This is Sketch #185 from Operation Write Home's Stars and Stamps blog.  They have over 200 sketches listed and they are all very user friendly.  I have not tried them all, YET.  However, I do love them for a good mo-jo jump start.  The DP for this card is really yummy in that all the words are glossy embossed and the sentiment is slightly popped.  The flower dry embossing was a RAK from a long time ago..... wish I knew where to get THAT folder!  More Love for the next OWH box as I had enough of the RAK to make 4 of these.

ODBD December Challenge - It's All About Him

This month for the ODBD Challenge we are to make masculine themed cards.  Remember, each month that 50 cardmakers post to the challenge OWH receives shipping coverage for 2 boxes by ODBD.  In addition, they do a random draw for 2 lucky cardmakers each month to receive a gift certificate to their shop!  It is a huge win/win!!!  The vintage motorcycle is a digi from Digital Two For Tuesday.

A Little More Pink Love

This morning it is a little more pink love on the agenda.  The 2 cards were made from scrap DP and the "Love" sentiment was cut on the Cricut.

I don't really do too many cards that actually says "Valentine" on them because OWH has a better use for Love You themed cards.  Come to think if it a don't do much in pink either, LOL!  I made a stack of these and they headed off to OWH last week.
