This card somehow works for 2 challenges for this month's
OWH Birthday Bash! 2 fer's are a good thing when trying to keep up with all the challenges! This is going to be for the
May Arts Challenge to use ribbon on a Christmas card and for
Ciara's Dog Challenge. And who better to grace the front of the card than Ciara herself.
